Exiting Therapists Flowchart

A copy of flowchart helping exiting therapists to navigate exit conversations with clients when a therapist is leaving the practice. We want the therapists’ exit to be smooth, and some therapists get “confused” when the client expresses an interest in that therapist’s private practice if the therapist has a private practice and *isn’t* planning to do CTAP.
